SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Interested in serving on the SWAAAE Foundation Board of Directors? Current SWAAAE members in good standing at the time of nomination and throughout their term of service are eligible to run for a Board position. We encourage candidates who are passionate about the Foundation’s mission, supporting students attending accredited colleges and universities in the United States pursuing studies in aviation science, aeronautics, airport management, and related fields, to apply.

The following positions are open for election, each serving a two-year term beginning in July 2026:

• Treasurer (other than the SWAAAE First Vice President)
• Director
• Corporate Director

Interested candidates should provide the following information via email by Thursday, June 18, 2026, 5:00 p.m. PST:

• Personal statement of interest;
• Letter from your employer on airport or company letterhead indicating support for the time commitment and participation; and
• Current resume
