The annual SWAAAE Airport Management Short Course will be held at the elegant Monterey Plaza Hotel. All attendees receive a special room rate starting at $227 per night, plus tax, for a single or double occupancy (inland view - ask about upgrades if desired). The deadline to receive the discounted conference room rate was Friday, December 29, 2023 at 4pm PT (reservations are available first come, first served). All reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not be at the conference rate.

As a convenience, there is an optional reduced valet parking rate available to SWAAAE conference attendees
