Alice Bimrose is Executive Program Director at PSM Squared, Inc., a woman-owned small business providing strategic communications and guest experience services during capital development. Prior to joining PSM², Alice spent nearly 25 years at America’s Friendliest Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Her PHX experience included a wide variety of roles across the airport.
She is an Accredited Airport Executive and an Airport Certified Employee in Airfield Operations through the AAAE, and a Certified Airport Executive through the Southwest Chapter of AAAE
Rod Dinger, A.A.E.

Rod Dinger is a Senior Project Manager with ADK Consulting and Executive Search, where he performs consulting and executive searches for the airport industry. Rod has over 30 years of public service, with most of those with the City of Redding where he served as the Support Services and Airport Director overseeing six internal City departments. He is a 1987 graduate of San Jose State University; proudly served in the United States Air Force and is a private pilot. Rod is an Accredited Airport Executive (AAE); served 8 years on the AAAE Board; is past-president for both the California Airports Council (ACA) and the Southwest Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (SWAAAE).

As the Human Resources Manager at San José Mineta International Airport, he leads employee services strategies focused on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce engagement. Throughout his career, Matt has focused on developing people, strengthening teams, and building workplace cultures grounded in leadership, accountability, and service.
