Professional Accreditation & Certification Scholarship Application

You must be a member of SWAAAE and be enrolled in the AAAE Accredited Airport Executive Program, the AAAE Certified Member Program, or planning to participate in an Airport Certified Employee (ACE) Program and/or AAAE training to apply for this scholarship. There are several scholarships available and each scholarship is up to a $2,000 award. The scholarship may be used to attend the AAAE Accreditation/Certification Academy Written Exam Review, one of the four (4) ACE Programs, or the AAAE/SWAAAE Final Interview Workshop.

The information presented on this application will determine your eligibility for this scholarship and will also be used as a basis for your ranking. For this reason, it is extremely important that you answer all questions completely and send your biographical information and your statement of interest in the program to info@swaaae.org after completing the online application. You may also attach a resume or any additional information you believe is pertinent.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
2026 Summer Conference: Applications and a photo copy of your grade transcripts from the institution you are currently attending must be received by May 22, 2026 for the 2026 Annual Summer Conference in Palm Springs, CA.

2027 Airport Management Short Course: Applications and a photo copy of your grade transcripts from the institution you are currently attending must be received by December 11, 2026 for the 2027 Airport Management Short Course in Monterey, CA.
