Deadline to register as a sponsor/exhibitor to ensure your logo is included on all printed materials is Monday, July 6.
Exhibitor OpportunitiesThe exhibit area will include refreshment breaks and breakfast tables which will provide maximum traffic throughout the conference. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: In-person exhibitors are eligible for a full refund if the registration is canceled more than 21 days in advance of the start date of the event. Cancellations made 21 days or less than the start date of the event are eligible for a refund less $500. Cancellation notification should be sent to Natalee Mann. Refunds will be processed no more than 30 days following a request.
Important Dates and Deadlines:
- Sponsor logos are requested at the time of registration. Please submit a high resolution, png or jpg file.
- Digital ads for SWAAAE Alerts and social media are due by Friday, June 26.
- 60-second video ads are due by Friday, June 26.
- Deadline to register as a sponsor/exhibitor to ensure your logo is included on all printed materials is Monday, July 6.
- Attendees utilizing complimentary registrations must be registered by Friday, July 10.
- Branded swag items and door prizes should be delivered onsite to the conference registration table on Sunday, July 19.
