2022 SWAAAE Hybrid Summer Conference - In-Person Registration

In-Person Attendee and In-Person Exhibitor Registration (closed)

While in-person registration closed on July 5, attendees can register on-site while in Sonoma County. Virtual registration will remain open until the start of the conference.

Please complete all registration fields with the in-person attendee's or in-person exhibitor's information (one attendee/exhibitor per registration form). Members, please sign in to your membership account prior to registering to receive discounted pricing.

To add a guest who will be attending only evening events with you (no conference sessions or meals), please enter their name in the Guest Information section. Please note, this is not an additional conference attendee. If you plan to register multiple attendees to participate in this conference in-person, please fill out one form per attendee.

Attendee Cancellation Policy: Participants are eligible for a full refund if the registration is canceled more than 21 days in advance of the start date of the event. Cancellations made 21 days or less than the start date of the event are eligible for a refund less 30% of all fees paid, not to exceed $150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation notification should be sent to admin@swaaae.org. Refunds will be processed no more than 30 days following a request.

Cancellations made 21 days or less than the start date of the event are eligible for a refund less $500, the rate of a virtual exhibit booth. Exhibitor will receive the benefits of a virtual exhibit booth. Cancellation notification should be sent to admin@swaaae.org. Refunds will be processed no more than 30 days following a request.
